Normal shipping times are 3-5 business days. If you do not receive notification that your package has shipped in that time or you haven't received your package after it was shipped, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
Please note, we usually use a shipment method that has a tracking number. If you choose a method like first class mail, which doesn't offer tracking, we cannot be held responsible. We advise always selecting a shipping method with tracking like USPS Priority Mail over First Class Mail, it's just a few cents more and we have the opportunity to contact the shipper for assistance for lost packages.
We always ship with tracking if your purchase qualifies for free shipping.
Refunds and Returns Policy
We allow exchanges with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be offered in form of a merchandise credit. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item(s) via the most economical shipping method of choice.

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items cannot be returned.
