Meet our artisan Magdalena!

Magdalena has been doing beadwork for thirty years but only recently started working at Women of Hope in 2023. She says that she has never found any place like it in all her years. Magdalena had been looking for better pay and was thrilled to find that as a WoH artisan, she’d be paid weekly and at a good rate without having to spend any of her income on materials.

At WoH, Magdalena especially enjoys working on the Nativity and other Christmas balls. She says she’s happy now and would like to do even more with the ministry in the years to come.

Magdalena shares that she especially loves that WoH is a place where one can talk freely about God; something she feels is beneficial for her spiritual growth. She gives thanks to God and to all our customers for such a great opportunity.
