This bamboo outer, with stainless inner, travel mug is perfected with one of the 2 style mug sleeves. One style sleeve is beautifully hand painted by a Guatemalan artist, Diego Chavez from Santiago Atitlan Guatemala. The other, with the same scene, is etched leather by the same artisan.

The beautiful lake scene sleeves have snap closures to make them easy to remove for cleaning your mug. The canvas sleeve has a backing of suede to keep it in place just as securely as the leather sleeve.

Diego is an amazing artist with his own gallery in Santiago. And has signed each of the sleeves. We are hoping to partner with Diego with some of his framed art pieces in the near future, combining his beautiful paintings with bead work. We will update you soon!

Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Normal shipping times are 3-5 business days. If you do not receive notification that your package has shipped in that time or you haven't received your package after it was shipped, please email us at info@wohgt.org with your order number.

Please note, we usually use a shipment method that has a tracking number. If you choose a method like first class mail, which doesn't offer tracking, we cannot be held responsible. We advise always selecting a shipping method with tracking like USPS Priority Mail over First Class Mail, it's just a few cents more and we have the opportunity to contact the shipper for assistance for lost packages.

We always ship with tracking if your purchase qualifies for free shipping.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We allow exchanges with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be offered in form of a merchandise credit. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item(s) via the most economical shipping method of choice.

Damaged Merchandise

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items cannot be returned.
