These beautiful Christmas Balls came from patterns designed by Kandy Stamborski at StamborskiDesign. Seeing our mission to impact the lives of artisans in Guatemala, Kandy graciously allowed us to buy her patterns and use them to make beautiful balls to decorate your Christmas Tree.

Care instructions: Storing your ornaments year to year when they have a styrofoam base means keeping them in a cool dry location. Extreme heat can cause shrinkage in the styrofoam.

Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Normal shipping times are 3-5 business days. If you do not receive notification that your package has shipped in that time or you haven't received your package after it was shipped, please email us at info@wohgt.org with your order number.

Please note, we usually use a shipment method that has a tracking number. If you choose a method like first class mail, which doesn't offer tracking, we cannot be held responsible. We advise always selecting a shipping method with tracking like USPS Priority Mail over First Class Mail, it's just a few cents more and we have the opportunity to contact the shipper for assistance for lost packages.

We always ship with tracking if your purchase qualifies for free shipping.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We allow exchanges with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be offered in form of a merchandise credit. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item(s) via the most economical shipping method of choice.

Damaged Merchandise

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items cannot be returned.
